For people who enjoy dancing and music, these classes are ideal. Classes are available online or in person and last one hour, including refreshment breaks.

The largest groups (max. 15 participants) are generally reserved for newly diagnosed individuals who are more agile. The smaller groups (4 to 6 participants) are intended for individuals with reduced mobility, who sometimes require special attention. Each class begins with a warm-up period, followed by more complex movements (adapted to the participants’ level), and ends with improvisation or choreography based on each person’s inspiration. There is always laughter and encouragement.

Stretching classes are currently given online and last 30 minutes.  Stretching gives the often rigid and stiff Parkinson’s joints and muscles a chance to unclench and relax. If done properly and regularly, stretching improves posture and balance and this can help prevent injuries.
