PINGPONGPARKINSON (PPP)
Willem Lebegge
Willem grew up regularly playing ping pong with his father and brothers. Thirty years later, he saw some people joyfully playing and his interest in the sport was reignited. Back in Montreal, with the support of Parkinson en mouvement, Willem formed the PingPongParkinson (PPP) group that now includes 10 to 15 players who meet several times per week, in various locations. Willem volunteers along with Jeannette Vink to respond to inquiries and coordinate the PPP schedule.
Jeannette Vink
Jeannette has loved dance of all types including jazz ballet, flamenco, social dance for many years. She also enjoyed playing badminton in her youth. When Jeannette first learned that she had PD, she went through a period of denial and inactivity. Fortunately, not long after, she discovered Parkinson en mouvement and began taking classes. Jeannette volunteers along with Willem Lebegge to respond to inquiries and coordinate the PingPongParkinson (PPP) schedule.
