Parkinson Montréal-Laval (PML)

The mission statements of Parkinson Montréal-Laval (PML) and PEM have a common stated purpose, namely, to make life better for those living with PD. In support of that goal, PML manages the financial, administrative and technical aspects of the services designed by PEM by including them in its activity schedule.  

PEM focuses on providing high-quality classes to the community, handling the selection, accreditation, training and assessment of teachers, as well as the artistic aspects of the programs.

PEM is proud to participate in Parcours Parkinson, PML’s annual funding campaign and community walk/run event. Over the past few years, PEM participants and volunteers have raised significant donation amounts, helping PML to maintain services to the Parkinson community. Both organizations are united in their commitment to accessibility and the desire to increase awareness and fullest possible use of the services they offer.
